Full Planning & Design is for couples who want a planning partner from the very beginning. I’ll be there to help you make the big decisions, navigate the little ones, and bring all of your ideas together into one thoughtfully designed, beautifully executed celebration.
From finding the right venue and building your vendor team to creating your design vision, managing your budget, developing your timeline, and coordinating every moving piece along the way, I’ll take care of the details while keeping your overall vision at the centre of every decision.
But full planning isn’t just about checking things off a list. It’s about having someone in your corner who knows your wedding inside and out — someone to bounce ideas off of, offer honest guidance, solve problems before they become problems, and keep everything moving forward when wedding planning starts to feel overwhelming.
As your wedding day approaches, I’ll bring all of those plans together, coordinate your vendors and logistics, oversee the setup and design, and manage the day from start to finish.

Event Management
You’ve planned the details. Now let’s make sure it all comes together beautifully.
You’ve spent months making decisions, booking vendors, choosing the details, and creating the wedding you’ve envisioned. Event Management is where I step in to take those plans off your shoulders and bring them to life.
Beginning 6–8 weeks before your wedding, I become your point person for the final stretch. I’ll review and organize all of your plans, connect with your vendors, create detailed timelines, confirm logistics, answer those last-minute questions, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when.
And when the wedding day arrives, you’re no longer the one coordinating it — I am. I’ll manage your vendors, oversee the timeline, troubleshoot anything that comes up, coordinate the moving pieces, and keep the day flowing from beginning to end.
While this is sometimes called “month-of” or “day-of coordination,” there’s so much more to it than showing up on your wedding day. It’s about stepping in at the right time, understanding everything you’ve planned, and giving you the freedom to be fully present for the moments you’ve spent so much time creating.
You get to enjoy your wedding. I’ll handle everything else.

Day-Of Décor Styling
You’ve dreamed up the details. I’ll bring them to life.
You’ve chosen the florals, signs, candles, table details, personal touches, and all the little pieces that make your wedding feel like you. Now, you shouldn’t have to spend your wedding morning setting them up.
Day-Of Décor Styling is designed for couples who have their décor vision and details planned, but want a trusted professional to take care of the setup and styling on the big day.
I’ll arrive early to carefully set up your personal décor, style your ceremony and reception spaces, place your signage and details, and make sure everything is thoughtfully arranged and ready before you walk through the doors. I’ll work from your vision and instructions while using my experience to ensure everything looks cohesive, intentional, and beautifully presented.
Most importantly, your family and friends won’t have to spend the morning working. And neither will you. They can be getting ready, relaxing, taking photos, and enjoying the excitement of the day — while I take care of the details behind the scenes.
